Lukas is a biologist with over three years of experience spanning federal fisheries research, applied ecology, and large-scale environmental monitoring across the US. He specializes in fisheries telemetry and movement ecology, evaluating environmental risk and species responses in regulated river systems, with prior experience leading field-based research for ESA-listed and managed species. Lukas is skilled in acoustic and PIT telemetry deployment, hydrologic and thermal regime analysis, population modeling, and GIS-based spatial analysis, and has worked directly with federal, tribal, and regional partners to translate ecological data into permitting and water management decisions.
